have realised that my grade 5 piano exam is only 13 days away, and am swearing atm.

i honestly need to practice my scales - they are shit.

talk about a sad calculation - i figured out how many possible scales i have.

Similar Motion; Major, Minor, Harmonic
Left Hand; Major, Minor, Hamonic
Right Hand; Major, Minor, Harmonic
Contrary Motion; Major, Minor
Similar Arpeggios; Major, Minor
Left Hand Arps; Major, Minor
Right Hand Arps; Major, Minor
Other; Chromatic added together = 18
.....I have four scales; Ab, Eb, Bb and B, so 4x
= 72 scales
plus staccatto thirds; right hand, left hand. = 74 scales

and that doesn't count that i might have to play each scale legato, staccatto, crescendo to the treble....so times three if you like (=222.........SHIIIIIIIIITTTTT!!!!!!!!!)

so i'm understanably in a panic.
